Comprehensive Health Initiative

The Comprehensive Health Initiative is a 3 year pilot launched in the fall of 2019. This project seeks to meet the complex health and wellness needs of youth in crisis through an innovative, collaborative and relational approach.

How do you interrupt the cycle of homelessness? Crisis support and housing paired with healthcare navigation, healing-centered therapy & diverse wellness strategies allow youth experiencing homelessness to overcome toxic stress and achieve their potential!

Healthcare Navigation + Access

On-site navigation experts coordinate Medicaid enrollment, connections to primary care providers, and initial appointments.

Healing-Centered Therapy


A clinically-trained and diverse mental health team offers evidence-based, non-traditional techniques from short-term crisis intervention to long-term therapy.

Holistic Wellness Activities


A diverse group of community wellness providers facilitate culturally intelligent and holistic mindfulness practices that reduce stigma and increase healthier coping skills.

Data Reporting + System Advocacy

Leadership teams advocate collaboratively within the community for policy and systems improvement to inspire change toward more equitable outcomes.

Mitigating the Social Determinants of Health

HQ + 3:11 provide enhanced access to health-related social needs services through low-barrier drop-in and non-time limited supportive housing.
