What can I expect on my first visit?
On your first visit you will be greeted by our Welcome Specialist. Our Welcome Specialist will explain the membership process at HQ and make sure you get a tour of the space.
Once you’re a member, you have complete access to everything HQ as long as you need it and are within our membership range.
What do I need to bring on my first visit?
To become a member of HQ you will need to bring a document with your birthday on it.
- We accept the following documents as proof of date of birth:
- A report card
- School enrollment documents
- School ID
- Medical documents,
- Birth certificate
- State ID
- Driver’s license
Who can I talk to?
At HQ you will be met by HQ Supervisors whose role is to introduce you to the space and the services available to you and ensure you feel welcomed and safe.
HQ Supervisors are available to answer any questions and provide connections and support in navigate resources available both within and outside of the space.
What is the Membership Agreement?
The Membership Agreement is a document that explains what you can expect from staff and volunteers at HQ in addition to our expectations of maintaining a violence free zone. The Membership Agreement is completely confidential which means that we will not be sharing any of the information you provide with anyone else unless we are required to do so as a result of an arrest warrant, or knowledge of imminent harm to you or others.
